Tony Douglas - Steel Guitar, Fiddle, Guitar & Vocals
Tony Douglas is a career country music musician and vocalist with more than 40 years in the music business and has been with Reign-N-Country since 2018. Tony began his career as a classical violinist at the age of 8 when he joined the symphony orchestra as second chair violinist. By 1981, he had turned professional and started playing with musicians such as Hank Thompson, The Charlie Daniels Band, Asleep at the Wheel, Merle Haggard, Blake Shelton, Mark Chestnut, Johnny Rodriguez, Lila McCann, Teri Clark, Jay Dee Maness, Crystal Gayle, The Ventures, The Boxtops, The Kingsmen, Three Dog Night, The Wailers, Eddie Rabbit & LeAnne Rhymes. Since then Tony has played in several of the finest bands in Arizona and is well known and respected for his talents as a lead guitarist, steel guitar player, fiddle player and vocalist. Tony holds the first place instrumental award for The Arizona Country Music Association and has been inducted into The Arizona Country Music Association Hall of Fame. Tony also serves on the board of directors as The Country Music Historian
for The Arizona Country Music Association.
When he is not picking and singing with Reign-N-Country you might find him doing a solo act or
moonlighting with other bands.
